400m pool swim - 10k road cycle - 5k trail run

We have our Try a Tri on 6th November, which is open to members and non-members (please note that non-members are not covered by our club insurance). This is a really good fun way to either practice a Tri, or have a go.

It is not a marshalled or timed event, so it is entirely up to you how you play it on the day, i.e. no pressure unless you apply it to yourself.

The only formality that we insist upon is that your bike is road safe, and you wear a helmet.
